Villa Alonia is located in Skala of Kefalonia (2 km away from the village center). It is located on the main road to Argostoli. It is also near the coast Munda (400 meters) and near the Hotel Aliki (150 meters). In order to reach Skala by car you need two minutes and by foot only 15 minutes. Villa Alonia is located 35km from airport and from Sami.
The village has many facilities: health center nightclubs, cafes, supermarkets and many restaurants. Also, in the village there is a large and beautiful beach!
Villa Alonia has two great apartments in excellent condition and fully equipped in every detail. The downstairs apartment (55 sqm.) has two bedrooms, a spacious lounge, a kitchen and a WC. Also, there are large balconies with a great view. The upper apartment (50 sqm) has one bedroom, a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and 3 large balconies with a breathtaking view.
Both apartments provide all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay and also they are rented with urban lease.
Facilities: Air condition, television, wi-fi, kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher (only at the lower apartment) and a unique garden.
