The complex “Minies beach villas” is situated on top of the beaches Eglina and Megali ammos of the village Minies . It is located in a quiet and secluded area which is very close, at a distance of 10Khm, to the capital city of Argostoli making it suitable for those who seek quiet and special family vacations. “Beach villas” are consisted of 3 villas in a 5000 sqm area right in front of the beach and a traditional small fishing boat harbor.
Each villa has a private terraced garden , parking, outdoor spacey patio with unobstructed view of the Ionian sea, 2 main bedrooms with air-condition. Also, all the villas are equipped with a full kitchen with cooker, refrigerator and a full range of kitchen utensils, dining room and a living room furnished with two comfortable sofas turn able into a bed and a TV.
The prearranged service at the villas is performed twice a week and it includes full house cleaning and sheet changing but the time can be varied at times. There is a minimum of 1 week in renting a villa which can be changed or prolonged for the whole tourist season or even for the whole year. Our prices are adjusted accordingly to the time and duration of the leasing.
