In Chariclia’s House there are rooms that can accommodate from 1-4 people, ideal for families and couples. All rooms are τςο-ροομ2chora fully furnished and equipped with fridge, stove, all the cooking equipment, TV, ceiling fan, heater and electric heating.

The environment is quiet, family, whatever you need to relax and unwind. The building is new, modern and has 1 acre garden with parking spaces inside.

All rooms have large terraces with magnificent sea views from where you can enjoy the sunset. After 300 meters there is a beautiful pebble beach, but the site offers many options as are nearby Lixouri, Sami and most major beaches like Myrtos, Makris and Platis Gialos, Xi and others.

The Chariclia’s House is a very smart solution for 4-member families or groups.

Sofia Studios are located in Assos. This unspoilt village is one of the most famous sights of the island, with its pretty white washed and pastel houses surrounded by a picturesque stone-terraced hilly terrain.

Assos sits on the west coast of the peninsular on Kefalonia, sadly damaged by the 1953 earthquake, but beautifully restored with the help of a donation from Paris.

The nearby ruined Venetian castle, dating from 1595, can still be seen.
A haven of tranquillity where you can find peace in an idyllic setting.

For those wishing to relax on a beach, then Myrtos Bay has the most spectacular white sandy beach and is only 3 km to the south of Assos.

The complex “Minies beach villas” is situated on top of the beaches Eglina and Megali ammos of the village Minies . It is located in a quiet and secluded area which is very close, at a distance of 10Khm, to the capital city of Argostoli making it suitable for those who seek quiet and special family vacations. “Beach villas” are consisted of 3 villas in a 5000 sqm area right in front of the beach and a traditional small fishing boat harbor.

Each villa has a private terraced garden , parking, outdoor spacey patio with unobstructed view of the Ionian sea, 2 main bedrooms with air-condition. Also, all the villas are equipped with a full kitchen with cooker, refrigerator and a full range of kitchen utensils, dining room and a living room furnished with two comfortable sofas turn able into a bed and a TV.

The prearranged service at the villas is performed twice a week and it includes full house cleaning and sheet changing but the time can be varied at times. There is a minimum of 1 week in renting a villa which can be changed or prolonged for the whole tourist season or even for the whole year. Our prices are adjusted accordingly to the time and duration of the leasing.

Mina’s Apartments were built in an area covered with plants and trees in Divarata from the family of Mr. Sotiris Pavouris.
Grandfather Sotiris’ vision was to create a small pilot plant host where the visitors of Kefalonia can be calm, relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Today, the family business has taken Mrs Markela, the daugther of the family with her children Mina and Sotiris continuing the tradition of her parents.

Mina’s Apartments consist of 11 Studios and 3 Apartments.

The “Countryside Studios” are a family run business located in a private property at the end of the picturesque village of Agia Efimia.

The studios lie in the middle of a fantastic orchard full of orange trees, mulberry trees, orange plum trees, vines, olive trees and flowers.
